Our story

From a Bavarian homestead to the Okanagan

It started over a century ago in Northern Bavaria, where Helmut's grandfather — a master tradesman — made and sold sausage from the family homestead. His son learned the craft in Germany and Switzerland, then carried it to Canada for the next fifty years.

Today Helmut, Monica and their staff keep that devotion to the art of charcuterie alive in Vernon and Kelowna.
